These are not the hallmarks of a Free and Just society. The right to free assembly is widely recognized as a Human right, a Political Freedom, and a Civil Liberty. Our own Founders found it to be of such importance as to be one of the very first things protected in The Bill of Rights. Time and again it is trampled on, I am not saying that this should be the straw to break the proverbial Camels back, but it should be remembered, along with every other violation. Sometimes there is a reckoning, and some times we must bare witness, so as punishable deeds do not get forgotten.
I love how our Government treats We the People's Bill of Rights. Your rights are unalienable... except, except, except.
